Primer Auto and RV in Colorado Springs, is a first rate repair complex. They take great care of RV travelers with breakdowns. Rex and Matt who worked on our coach, were top notch machanics. Brandy at the front desk, is fast and efficient, and a great gal. Brian who evaluated our issue, was spot on. And of course Deb out in the parts store was amazing. No bad apples in this repair facility. Thank you all for the great work you did on our coach, and for getting us back on the road.
Two weeks ago, I used Premier Auto and RV for the first time. I needed some sewer line repairs on my 5th wheel RV and being sub-freezi
ng outside now (December) and needing to hit the road with the RV on 5-Jan, I decided to hire the work out. I spoke by phone to Devin Breese, the owner, and felt real comfortabl
e. I bought the parts needed at Home Depot and dropped the RV at Premier. They called me two hours later to tell me the job was complete. I went back to pick it up and the work looked perfect the the time billed (2 hours) was just as agreed. Everyone working there seemed happy and I was treated with great respect.
Highly recommend checking Premier out for RV repair. They work on Motorhomes
and towables. They also service cars and trucks - though I have no experience with that.
Everyone at Premier RV was a total professional and worked hard to get my Class C fixed and back on the road ASAP, despite a very busy schedule, compounded by recent hail storm damage to many rigs and tow vehicles.
Michelle and Josilyn and the front desk; Brian, Ethan and Matt in the service dept and Ed and Deb in parts bent over backwards to make my stay in the visitors spot as comfortable as possible, including free secure parking with free electricity and water with dump station access.
